We’ll put on a spread of culinary delights specially created for your delegates and guests and we’ll think of everything, from mid-morning coffee, homemade cakes, light lunches or afternoon tea for informal business meetings and networking, to banquets, fine dining and sumptuous gala dinners for international conferences, exhibitions and corporate events.

And we won’t be phased by numbers or the versatility of food intolerances. Smoothly making the switch from putting on a delicious dinner for 300 guests to a festive gala for up to 1000. Whatever the event, we’re here to add the “YUM” factor!

Convenient Spaces at Scale

Our versatile arrangement of spaces allows us to create comfortable, convenient bars, restaurant seating and relaxing spots with a sea view, for when delegates, exhibitors and organisers want to grab a snack, sit down meal or drinks with colleagues and customers.

Perfectly suitable for events from 100 to 1000 guests.

That’s in addition to the flexibility of our halls. Say you want a champagne reception in the Purbeck Hall, a formal gala dinner in the Windsor Hall and a night of dancing to a live band in the Solent Hall - we’ll design the configuration of spaces accordingly.
