With summer just around the corner and calendars filling up fast, it’s time to start planning your live entertainment for the months ahead.

Following on from a fantastic Winter which saw West End touring productions and huge names like Alison Moyet and Mike + The Mechanics flock to the seaside, the team at BH Live are bringing you another packed programme of entertainment to turn up the heat on your summer.

Whether you're a fan of music, comedy, theatre or dance, there’s something for everyone coming to Bournemouth. To help you curate your perfect summer calendar, our team have been busy behind the scenes compiling, refining, designing, and delivering this year’s Spring-Summer What’s On guide.

Packed to the rafters with over 70 must-see shows, this comprehensive guide offers everything you need to know to make the most of your visit, including performance schedules, ticket prices, venue details, and more.

Fancy a sneak peek at some of the shows you can look forward to?

This May, Erasure legend Andy Bell takes to the Pavilion stage in support of his brand-new solo album, while comedy fans can look forward to Tim Minchin’s signature wit and humour at the Bournemouth International Centre (BIC) in July. For sports fans, the Harlem Globetrotters are bringing their trademark basketball wizardry to the BIC, and darts royalty will be pinning a bulls-eye on Bournemouth at the South Coast Darts Showdown II. Plus, in August, world-renowned illusionist Derren Brown will mesmerise audiences with six shows at the Bournemouth Pavilion.

And that’s just the beginning! Plenty more incredible entertainment is on the way, but you’ll have to pick up a copy of the What’s On guide to find out more.
